Cancellation and REFUND

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

             - The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
             - All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
             - The product must not be on our non-returnable items list (see section 5 for details).

 

2. Return Process:
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

            - Provide your order details, including the order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
            - Our customer support representative will guide you through the return process, including providing a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number if required.
            - Carefully package the item in its original packaging to ensure its safe return.
            - Include the RMA number (if applicable) and any necessary documentation inside the package.
            - Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g.,                    wrong item shipped or product defect).

3. Refund or Exchange Options:
Depending on your preference and the availability of the product, we offer the following options for eligible returns:

             - Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow [X] business  days for the refund to be 

                processed and reflected in your account.
             - Exchange: If you prefer to exchange the item for a different product, we will assist you in selecting a suitable replacement. Any price  difference between the returned item and

                the replacement product may be charged or refunded accordingly.
 

4. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are generally non-returnable:

             - Software, downloadable products, or products with activated licenses.
             - Consumable items such as ink cartridges, batteries, or cleaning supplies.
             - Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts due to customer misuse or negligence.
             - Items with removed serial numbers or warranty stickers.
             - Products purchased from third-party sellers or through our marketplace.
    Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and additional non-returnable items may be specified on the product page or during the checkout process.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support immediately. We will guide you through the necessary steps to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement, issuing a refund, or arranging for repair, depending on the circumstances. It is important to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item to ensure a prompt resolution.

6. Return Shipping Address:
When initiating a return, our customer support team will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address. Please do not return any items without contacting us first, as this may result in delays or complications in processing your return.

7. Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been shipped, the return process will apply as outlined in this Return Policy.
